It has taken me three LONG years... but I am finally heading back to my beloved Roma. And Reece is coming too!
Three cheers for being young and completely irresponsible.
For two weeks... we will be wandering the most beautiful country in the world... living off of REAL pizza and unbelievably heavenly gelato (and cleaning out our bank account in the process).
Piazza San Pietro, Trastevere, Villa Borghese, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Il Colosseo... I may die of happiness.
I feel like I am going home again. Time to dust off my Italian.

That is SOOO exciting! Good for you guys. We gotta take advantage of these opportunities before we get too old, or too tied down with kids. I say you Go girl! When do you guys leave? I hope you have a blast! :) Can't wait to read future blogs with beautiful pics of Italy...

Ah yes, to be able to travel! I'm so jealous, I wanted to get back to Australia before the baby, but it didn't happen. And Italy, twice?! I may die of jealousy. You do know you'll have to like, post abroad right? It's required. :)
YEAH! I keep thinking of all the places you will see and the delicious food and all the piazzas... everything! Plus, Reece will be with you.

Good for you! Kevin and I spend all of our money travelling these days! What is the point of being young and childless if you don't travel the world? Kevin and I are trying to get as much travelling in before we have kids...but it still won't be enough - we want to see it all! Have fun!
How fun! I am totally jealous! We went to Italy about a year ago and loved it. I hope I can go back someday! Have tons of fun, and eat some yummy pizza and gelato for me.
