An afternoon at the blueberry patch...

 On Adam's last day, we headed to Bellevue for some berry picking.

Nothin' like a good u-pick patch to make a person fall in love with the Pacific Northwest.

Lola was intent on stripping every bush of its fruit, resulting in a big bucket filled with very tart berries.

James, on the other hand, failed to put any berries in his pail.

Everything he grabbed went straight into his mouth.

I wondered if the most accurate way to pay for the snatched berries would be to put my son on the scale.

At least he was pleased with himself.

We walked away with a giant bag filled with beautiful Washington blueberries, and my wallet was only $1.39 lighter.

Swoon.
