Dinner with a view...

Last Friday we wandered around our neighborhood in search of some good dinner.
I could walk this area for hours -- it's so charming and quaint and colorful.

 

Put a bird on it.

I've been pining after a local grocer a few blocks from our apartment -- Metropolitan Market
We finally got our chance to check it out, and it was as dreamy as I'd hoped it would be.

 I quickly convinced Reece to bag the restaurant idea the moment we laid eyes on the prepared food section.

We headed to the Olympic Sculpture Park, because there are very few places that can offer this kind of view with your dinner.

 We met up with the Packers and let the kids run wild as we explored.

 A fine way to spend a Friday evening, if you ask me.
