Though some may argue that peaches are a summer fruit, I have always felt they fit better in the fall family.
They're orange-ish.
They make a killer cobbler (a fall-ish dessert).
OK, that's all I've got.
Anyway, we made shakes today using fresh peaches from our neighbors' tree, and they were awesome.
I have a feeling our 31 fall-ish things will most like involve a lot of food -- of the fattening variety.
And I'm completely OK with it.
