Though Thanksgiving has come and gone... I am still giving thanks.
*I am thankful to be feeling functional again... after a week of being disgustingly sick.
*I am thankful to have survived (just barely) my first turkey-baking experience. It was gross.
*I am thankful for a husband who takes care of me, and keeps the ice cream coming.
*I am thankful for a cool job.
*And right now... I am really, really, really thankful for sleep.

Ahhhh....cute. You look like a couple of cats curled up on the couch.
We cooked a Turkey for the first time as well. Nothing I plan on doing again any time soon! Glad you're feeling better.

i didn't get to take ONE nap on thanksgiving. can you believe it? its like a crime or something...
Man, isn't the turkey prep the best? haa, jk. The guts are definitely the worst part!
