I jump at any opportunity to get "all purteed up," and I also happen to have a thing for a Jack that's Black, so it was with great euphoria that we attended a "Casino Night Gala" for Reece's company at the Grand America downtown.
I even purchased new shoes for the occasion ($9.99 at Ross, thank you very much).
And Reece went all "GQ" on me...
Bonus: We got to schmooze with some of our favorite people, the Cori.
After 3 and 1/2 hours of hardcore Blackjack, and with about $2,1oo "dollars" in winnings, Reece and I decided that it would be wise for us to stay far from Las Vegas, due to our new found addiction. But we had a blast, despite the gross dessert. (Seriously, the chocolate from the chocolate fountain tasted like feet. NOT appealing.)
