Our trip to Roseburg was short but very sweet.
Highlights included:
*Walks to the mailbox with Nana Maria
*Meals at the little table with Grandpa Ace
*Watching the birds attack the feeder through the front window
*Late-night chats in the living room while downing big bowls of maple nut ice cream
*Grandma's carrot cake
I'm so grateful that my children are getting the chance to know their great-grandparents.
They are two of the most loving, inspiring, hilarious and wonderful people in my life, and their influence has been greater than they'll ever know.
