St. George: (mostly) instagram style...

 We spent a few days in St. George with Reece's grandparents on the way home from California.

Because when you get the chance to extend a vacation, you take it.

At least we do.

We banked some good hours at the playground, splashed around in the pool until our fingers and toes were sufficiently raisined, snuck away for world-class pedicures at naptime (me!) and munched on Nani's word-famous culinary delights until we lost the ability to move.

Lola followed Nani around like a puppy -- helping her in the kitchen, talking her ear off in the garden and holding her hostage in the famous doll room.

During a conversation over beef soup (see above picture), Lola quickly sought common ground with a, "So, Grandad is a nice guy..."

 

All it took was a glance from either of his great-grandparents, and James turned on the charm.

He smiled.

He giggled.

He flirted shamelessly.

What can I say, the boy knows how to win admirers.
