Lola woke up from her nap Friday begging to go outside.
Unfortunately, it was pouring.
But try as I might to deter her, my headstrong daughter insisted.
So we bundled up, settled into the porch swing and watched the storm.
Brilliant idea, Lola girl.
Best day of the week, if you ask this mama.
